Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Verbal Ability Trainer to join our team. As a Verbal Ability Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions to prepare students for MBA entrance exams such as CAT, CMAT, and IPMAT. Your primary focus will be on helping students enhance their verbal aptitude, language proficiency, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions to improve students' verbal ability for MBA entrance exams.

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and study materials tailored to the specific exam requirements.

Provide guidance and strategies for improving vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and verbal reasoning skills.

Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to help them identify areas for improvement.

Offer individualized attention and support to address students' unique learning needs.

Administer practice tests and mock exams to familiarize students with the exam format and time management techniques.

Keep up-to-date with the latest exam patterns, question types, and industry trends related to verbal ability.

Stay informed about changes in the exam syllabus and update training materials accordingly.

Motivate and inspire students to excel in their verbal ability skills and overall exam performance.

Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in verbal ability concepts and techniques relevant to MBA entrance exams.

Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.

Proven track record of successful training or teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.

Familiarity with CAT, CMAT, IPMAT, and other MBA entrance exams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with students effectively.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different learning styles and abilities.

Organizational skills to effectively plan and manage training sessions, study materials, and assessments.
