Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Lecturer in English

to join our Science and Humanities Department. The candidate should have a strong academic background in English literature or language, with a passion for teaching and student engagement. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures in English language, communication skills, and literature to undergraduate students. Design and develop lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation tools aligned with course objectives. Facilitate classroom discussions and encourage interactive learning. Provide academic support and guidance to students for their overall language development. Contribute to departmental meetings, curriculum development, and institutional initiatives. Maintain up-to-date academic records and comply with academic policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

M.A. in English (mandatory) Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in higher education

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent command over written and spoken English Strong classroom management and student engagement skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and tools Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
