Support students in improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Identify learning gaps and provide remedial classes or personalized support.
Mentor students for competitions, debates, elocutions, and literary events.
Encourage creativity and critical thinking through assignments and discussions.
4. Curriculum & School Activities
Contribute to curriculum development and academic enrichment programs.
Coordinate English-related activities such as literary clubs, assemblies, and celebrations.

5. Communication & Collaboration
Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance.
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff for overall student growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
Master's Degree in English (MA English or equivalent).
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (as required by CBSE/State Board norms).
Prior teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
Strong command of English language and literature.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital teaching tools is an advantage.
