?27,000 to ?35,000 per month

What You'll Do

Answer international customer queries via

calls, emails, and live chat

Provide accurate information with excellent communication Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required Maintain customer satisfaction with every interaction

What We're Looking For

Strong

English communication

(Verbal & Written) Willing to work

rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Comfortable with

international voice

and

chat/email processes

Must be open to

relocate to Jaipur

Basic computer & typing skills
