Salary:

Freshers: ?33,000 per month Experienced (1+ year): ?40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Assist international customers via chat and voice Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services Perform upselling and cross-selling Close sales and achieve targets Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards Follow process guidelines and meet KPIs

Eligibility

Graduates only

(any stream) Excellent spoken & written English Comfortable with sales (upselling, cross selling, closing) International BPO experience preferred, not mandatory Minimum 1-year experience required for higher salary bracket Comfortable with rotational shifts
