Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

English & Critical Reasoning Faculty

to join our academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching

English and Critical Reasoning (Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension and Critical Reasoning)

across

CLAT, IPM, CUET, and CAT

batches.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor students towards top national-level entrance exam results.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:Teaching & Academic Delivery

Teach

English and Critical Reasoning (Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension and Critical Reasoning)

for

CLAT, IPM, CUET, and CAT

programs. Conduct engaging, concept-driven, and exam-oriented classroom sessions (offline/online as required). Design and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with exam patterns and updated syllabi.

Student Mentorship & Performance Tracking

Monitor student progress through regular assessments, doubt-solving sessions, and performance reviews. Mentor students on exam strategy, time management, and section-wise improvement. Provide personalized academic support to high-potential and struggling students. Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, trends, and difficulty levels.

Academic Coordination

Coordinate with the academic team for smooth batch planning and execution. Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty training programs. Support centre initiatives such as demo classes, seminars, PTMs, and counseling sessions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command over

English language and Critical Reasoning concepts

. Familiarity with

CLAT, CAT, IPM, and CUET exam patterns

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse learner groups. Prior teaching or mentoring experience in competitive exam preparation is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600.00 - ?700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
