About the Role
We are looking for a skilled
English Content Writer (MALE)
to assist the CEO in preparing professional written communication, reports, and presentations. The role involves taking notes, drafting documents, and converting spoken and/or handwritten Malayalam content into polished English.
Key Responsibilities
Take dictations and prepare accurate transcripts in English.
Convert and edit
Malayalam speech and/or handwritten notes into formal English
.
Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain confidentiality of all official communications and records.
Assist the CEO in documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional tone in all written materials.
Qualifications & Skills
BA / MA in English (Literature)
Minimum
5 years of experience
in stenography, transcription, or content preparation
Excellent command of
English grammar and writing
Good understanding of
Malayalam
(spoken and written)
Fast and accurate typing skills (English)
High level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail
