Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic
English Communication Trainer
to join our Kochi training division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong command over the English language, effective classroom delivery skills, and the ability to drive measurable learning outcomes for students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training in spoken English, communication skills, and business communication.
Facilitate training sessions using interactive, learner-centric methodologies.
Develop lesson plans, training modules, and assessment materials aligned with learning objectives.
Monitor learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Prepare students for interviews, professional communication, and public speaking.
Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and performance reports.
Ensure consistent training standards in both offline and occasional online sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Arts, or a related field.
4-5 years of proven experience as an English/Communication/Soft Skills Trainer.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to engage learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Prior experience in Ed-Tech or professional training institutes is an advantage.
