The trainer will work with students to enhance their fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and presentation skills, preparing them for interviews, corporate interactions, and workplace communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive
English communication training sessions
for students of varying proficiency levels.
Teach
spoken English, grammar, vocabulary building, pronunciation, and soft skills
.
Develop students'
presentation skills, group discussion abilities, and interview techniques
.
Create
lesson plans, activities, and assessments
to track progress.
Incorporate real-life scenarios and role-plays to improve confidence.
Provide
individual feedback and guidance
to students.
Collaborate with the academic team to integrate English communication skills into other courses.
Monitor attendance, participation, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field.
Proven experience as an English trainer, language instructor, or communication coach.
Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
Ability to handle batches of students with different learning speeds.
Knowledge of
soft skills training
will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualities
Patient, approachable, and empathetic.
Creative teaching style with interactive activities.
Ability to inspire and boost student confidence.
Familiarity with
corporate communication and workplace etiquette

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday(approx 1-2 hours daily)
Occasional extra sessions for workshops and events.
