Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate

English Communication Trainer

who can help students build confidence in speaking English fluently and effectively. The trainer will not only focus on improving language skills but also nurture a growth-oriented, startup-ready mindset among learners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging sessions on English communication, focusing on

fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence building

. Create interactive learning experiences that encourage students to

speak confidently in group discussions, presentations, and interviews

. Help students

overcome stage fear and hesitation

while communicating in English. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to align with

startup culture and workplace communication

. Evaluate students' progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Mentor students to

think creatively, communicate effectively, and express ideas clearly

in professional settings. Organize mock interviews, debate sessions, and communication activities to simulate real-world challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as an English trainer, communication coach, or soft skills trainer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong motivational and mentoring abilities. Familiarity with startup culture and enthusiasm for nurturing a growth mindset. Ability to inspire and engage young learners to become confident communicators.
