We are seeking a dynamic English & Communication Skills Faculty member to enhance students' employability through strong language proficiency, presentation skills, and soft skills development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom sessions on English language, business communication, personality development, and professional etiquette.
Train students in verbal communication, email writing, interviews, and group discussions.
Prepare course material, assignments, and assessments.
Organize communication workshops and employability-focused sessions.
Provide one-to-one feedback and support weak learners.
Coordinate with department heads for overall student grooming and development.
Maintain student discipline, attendance, and academic quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Master's/Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
, preferably in training, corporate communication, academics, or hospitality industry.
Prior classroom training experience is preferred.
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Strong presentation and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
