Job Description

IIHCA is seeking a passionate and experienced

English Faculty

member to train students in English communication, specifically tailored to the

hospitality and culinary industry

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language instruction, a student-centric teaching style, and the ability to bridge language skills with professional hospitality needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English with a focus on

spoken communication, grammar, and hospitality-specific vocabulary

. Design and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Facilitate engaging classroom activities such as

group discussions, presentations, and role-plays

. Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide individual feedback. Prepare students for real-world scenarios such as interviews, guest interactions, and written communication in a professional setting. Maintain academic records and contribute to curriculum improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

English, Communication

, or a related field. Minimum

4-5 years of teaching experience

, preferably in English communication or hospitality training. Strong command of English (verbal and written). Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills. A

creative, adaptable, and student-friendly

teaching approach. Experience with

IELTS preparation
