Key Responsibilities
Teach spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
Conduct interactive classes focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Prepare lesson plans and study materials as per student level
Train students for interviews, presentations, group discussions, and exams (IELTS/TOEFL/Competitive exams - if applicable)
Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback
Create a motivating and engaging classroom environment
Maintain attendance and basic academic records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English or related field (preferred)
Excellent command over spoken and written English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain concepts clearly to different age groups
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
