Key Role & Responsibilities:

Handle

international customer calls, chats, and email queries

with professionalism. Deliver

accurate, polite, and effective communication

at all times. Work on CRM systems to log customer details and issue updates. Provide quick resolutions while maintaining

service excellence

. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

10+2, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream).

Experience:

Open to

freshers and experienced candidates

Skills Required:

Excellent

spoken and written English

. Good interpersonal & listening skills. Basic computer and typing proficiency.

Flexibility:

Rotational shifts (5-day working).

Relocation:

Must be willing to relocate to

Jaipur

(Relocation bonus + hotel stay provided).
