Key Responsibilities:

Interact with

international customers

through calls, chats, or emails. Provide accurate information, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records, follow process guidelines, and meet service quality standards. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
