Job Summary

As a

Customer Experience Executive

, you'll be the first point of contact for our

global clients

, handling their queries with empathy, accuracy, and speed -- across

voice and non-voice channels

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers across

US, UK, and Australian regions

through calls, chat, and email. Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure

high satisfaction ratings.

Record accurate case details and follow up with customers as required. Contribute to

process improvement.

Requirements

Excellent spoken & written English

(mandatory).

Freshers & experienced

candidates are both welcome.

Graduates / Undergraduates

(any stream). Willing to

relocate to Jaipur

(relocation bonus + stay assistance provided). Comfortable working in

rotational shifts

(including night shifts).
