What You'll Be Doing

Handle customer queries via

voice calls /

live chat

or

emails

from international clients Use your excellent English (spoken & written) to deliver clarity, empathy, and resolution Follow SOPs and guidelines to maintain high quality & response standards Meet metrics like CSAT (customer satisfaction), resolution time, quality scores Collaborate with QA, team leads for feedback, continuous improvement
Who We Want

Undergraduates or Graduates (any stream) -- freshers absolutely welcome Excellent English communication skills (clear speaking & writing) Comfortable working in

rotational shifts
