Global Customer Experience Associates

to handle

voice and non-voice support

for international customers. The role involves problem-solving, active listening, and delivering positive customer experiences.

Work Location:

Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Your Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries through phone, email, and chat. Deliver clear, polite, and accurate responses to customers. Manage issues with professionalism and maintain customer satisfaction. Update and maintain customer interaction data in CRM tools. Achieve quality, productivity, and communication KPIs.

Ideal Candidate:

Graduates or undergraduates

from any discipline.

Excellent English communication

is mandatory. Open to

freshers

experienced BPO professionals

. Flexible to work in

rotational shifts

and eager to relocate to Jaipur.

Compensation & Perks:
