Our Team As a member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying new and modified designs for compliance to design requirements to ensure product quality. You will also work with our Test Automation Framework team to utilize and contribute to our automation framework. What You Will Do Co-ordinate and support project team system related verification/validation activities, which include: xb7 Defining and creating the test plan for the project, to cover all project requirements. xb7 Defining and creating the test procedure for the project. xb7 Executing the system tests. xb7 Creating one or more system test reports for the project. xb7 Design, develop, and maintain existing and new system design test systems. xb7 Responsible for interoperability testing. xb7 Support verification and validation testing by automating test cases. xb7 Perform validation efforts using either manual, automated or hybrid testing. xb7 Work with other teams and review documentation to understand requirements and implementations Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bacheloru2019s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience xb7 Competency in software design verification/validation methodologies xb7 Competency in test ware development xb7 Competency in C/C++ programming languages xb7 Competency in configuration management methods xb7 Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. xb7 Demonstrable initiative toward continuous improvement xb7 Ability to write specifications and technical documentation. xb7 Experience with Test Automation technologies (Selenium, Appium, Winium or other) xb7 Competency with Python xb7 Experience with networking/wireless technologies and protocols (such as, but not limited to TCP/IP, 802.11) xb7 Knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies, tools, and test process What Will Put You Ahead 3+ years of experience in embedded development and testing xb7 Knowledge of BDD strategies for testing (Gauge, Cucumber/Gherkin) xb7 Experience with laboratory test equipment, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and meters. xb7 Experience with RTOS (VxWorx, QNX) xb7 Experience working with safety-critical components/products (Functional Safety certifiable products) xb7 Familiarity with build and SCC tools desired (git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory) xb7 Experience of continuous integration build systems xb7 Experience with and/or working knowledge of networking technologies and protocols such as Industrial (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, Profibus) technologies Safety-related protocols (PROFIsafe, CIP Safety) network management systems such as DHCP, SNMP, DNS xb7 Experience with PLC/PACs programming in IEC 61131 languages (Rockwell / Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron) xb7 Good knowledge of architecture of industrial automation systems. xb7 Excellent written/verbal communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Who We Are Molex is a globally recognized provider of electronic solutions in a wide range of industries including data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle and medical.
