Eligibility Criteria:-

1.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

(minimum requirement; preference for English, Communication, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields).
2.

Experience

1-2 years minimum teaching/training experience

in English language, communication, or soft skills. Fresh graduates with

good communication skills

may sometimes be considered if they clear the interview process.
3.

Certification Requirements

Many skill projects require trainers to be

Certified Trainers

under the

Training of Trainers (ToT)

program of the respective SSCs. For English & Soft Skills, the

Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC)

usually governs the ToT.
4.

Skills Required

Excellent

English communication (written & spoken)

. Ability to train on

interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, workplace behavior, and personality development

. Knowledge of

adult learning principles & participatory training methods

. Basic

computer proficiency

(MS Office, email, online training tools).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
