We at Multibhashi, are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language and Soft Skills Trainer to conduct in-person sessions for our corporate employees.
About the Role:
We're seeking a professional who has strong experience in training corporate employees in areas such as:
Business Communication
Presentation Skills
Email Etiquette
Professional English Usage
The sessions will be interactive and practical, incorporating activities, role plays, feedback sessions, and real-life scenarios to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Course Duration & Schedule:
If experienced trainer: 3-month program | 2 days/week | 2 hours per day
If less experienced: 6-month program | 2 days/week | 2 hours per day
Requirements:
Proven experience in conducting soft skills and communication training for corporate or IT employees
Strong command of English and Hindi
Confident in delivering sessions on business communication and presentation skills
Comfortable interacting with international clients
Ability to design engaging, activity-based sessions
Mode: Offline (at our clients Gurgaon office)
