Conduct workshops, role-plays, and group discussions to enhance confidence and employability skills.
Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback.
Develop training materials, modules, and assessment tools.
Keep updated with industry needs and integrate relevant skills into training.
Administrative Responsibilities (Student Admin)
Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
Act as the
first point of contact
for student inquiries, issues, and support.
Assist in scheduling classes, workshops, and exams.
Coordinate between faculty, management, and students for smooth operations.
Handle admissions-related queries, documentation, and orientation support.
Organize placement drives, mock interviews, and skill development initiatives.
Ensure discipline and student engagement within the institution.
