Key Responsibilities Teach French and English as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/State Board).
Plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons for different learning levels.
Develop students' skills in speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct periodic tests, oral exams, projects, and remedial sessions.
Encourage conversational practice, debates, presentations, and role plays.
Integrate culture, literature, and real-life usage into language teaching.
Use ICT tools, audio-visual aids, and language labs effectively.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessments.
Ensure classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
