Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

English and Communication Trainer

to enhance the language proficiency, communication, and soft skills of learners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in English grammar, spoken English, business communication, and presentation skills, and will be able to design engaging sessions that build learner confidence and effectiveness in both professional and academic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions in English language, communication skills, and professional etiquette. Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and course materials tailored to the learners' level (students, job seekers, or employees). Train learners in grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English. Conduct sessions on soft skills such as presentation, public speaking, email writing, group discussions, and interview preparation. Assess learner performance through assignments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions. Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to make sessions engaging and effective. Provide one-on-one guidance to learners needing additional support. Stay updated on industry trends, corporate communication standards, and training methodologies. Collaborate with academic coordinators or program managers to ensure training objectives are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching English/communication skills or conducting soft skills training. Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate learners and create a positive classroom environment. Proficiency in digital teaching tools and MS Office.
