Position Overview:

As an Academic Subject Matter Expert and Trainer, you will play a key role in the development of educational content and the professional development of educators. Your expertise in a specific academic subject will be utilized to design and review curriculum materials, create engaging learning resources, and provide training sessions to educators, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality instruction in the subject area.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate expert knowledge in a specific academic subject (e.g., Mathematics, Science, Social, English) and stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the field.

2 Collaborate with curriculum designers, instructional designers, and educators to create and refine educational curricula and learning materials that align with academic standards and best practices.

3 Develop a variety of engaging and age-appropriate learning resources, including lesson plans, presentations, interactive activities, assessments, and multimedia content, to support effective teaching and learning.

4.Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for educators, focusing on effective teaching strategies, subject-specific methodologies, and instructional technologies.

5. Review and assess educational content and materials for accuracy, coherence, and alignment with curriculum objectives and standards.

6. Analyze educational data, assessment results, and teacher feedback to identify areas of improvement and inform instructional decision-making.

7. Explore and integrate educational technologies, digital tools, and online platforms to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators, content developers, and technology specialists, to ensure the successful development and delivery of subject.
