Job Description

The English A Level Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and academic support to students enrolled in A Level English (Language, Literature, or Combined). The facilitator will guide students through the curriculum, support their analytical and writing skills, and prepare them for final assessments while fostering a passion for English

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate engaging and effective lessons aligned with the A Level English syllabus (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, or other exam boards). Provide targeted support to help students improve essay writing, textual analysis, and critical thinking. Encourage active participation, discussion, and independent research among learners. Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching methods to meet individual needs. Prepare and administer assessments, mock exams, and practice essays. Support students in exam techniques and time management strategies. Collaborate with academic staff and parents to discuss student development. Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and academic performance. Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes, exam board updates, and best teaching practices.

Pay: ?11,336.83 - ?40,590.62 per month
