Job Description
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives, focusing on component manufacturing in stamping, forging, casting, etc., for 2 wheeler manufacturers and 2 wheeler tier 1 suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and effective responses to their needs, leading to higher vendor ratings and continuous profitable business. Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market shares, and cost levels, providing valuable insights to support the organization\'s decision-making process and enhance productivity in the market. Identify and onboard new customers to expand the business portfolio, while also increasing market share from both new and existing customers. Strategize and explore new market segments to diversify business opportunities and boost overall profitability. Develop long-term account strategies that foster profitable relationships with key decision-makers, ultimately contributing to sustained growth and success for the company.
