Job Title:

Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead development projects

: Manage new product development from the initial concept through to production and market release.

Design and development

: Design, develop, and test new electronic circuits, systems, and prototypes to meet customer and market requirements.

Cross-functional collaboration

: Work closely with teams like marketing, R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales to ensure product success.

Prototyping and validation

: Build and test prototypes, conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and perform performance validation.

Documentation

: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and reports.

Compliance and quality

: Ensure that all new products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality parameters.

Process and cost management

: Optimize design processes, analyze costs, and support the development of new production techniques.

Project management

: Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring technical milestones are met and projects stay within budget.

Requirements:

Diploma/B. Tech in Electronics or related field. 1-5 years' experience in BLDC Controller (electronics manufacturing preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
