Key Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
PLC Programming & Troubleshooting - Mitsubishi, Keyence PLCs.
Welding Shop Maintenance - Spot & MIG welding machines, Robot maintenance (Fanuc).
Press Shop Maintenance - Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses (H&F, AIDA, ISGEC).
Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimum downtime and smooth operation.
Maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and technical documentation.
