Calibration & Equipment Management

Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external calibration of laboratory equipment as per defined schedules.

Ensure all equipment is calibrated, labeled, and maintained in line with NABL / ISO IEC 17025 requirements.

Review and verify calibration certificates for compliance and accuracy.

Maintain calibration master lists, traceability records, and uncertainty data.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of lab instruments and testing setups.

Diagnose equipment faults and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for repair and servicing.

Minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal utilization of lab assets.

Support installation, qualification, and validation of new equipment.

Compliance & Audits

Support internal audits, NABL assessments, and surveillance audits related to calibration and equipment control.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, test methods, and quality system procedures.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to equipment or calibration non-conformities.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate documentation including calibration logs, maintenance records, service reports, and SOPs.

Assist in preparation and review of technical documents related to equipment and calibration.

Ensure timely updates of records in LIMS / internal systems, as applicable.

Cross-Functional Support

Work closely with testing teams to support smooth execution of testing activities.

Provide technical guidance on equipment handling and best practices.

Support business delivery requirements and any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
