Your Role

Job description

The role concentrates on the on time creation, review & maintenance of spare part book with the help of different authoring tools (online & offline). Be an active contributor & support in development of customer base for technical documentation.

Key responsibilities:

Take a lead in communicating & coordinating with the customer for upcoming projects Collect, evaluate & check information required to create spare part book Independently plan, execute & prioritize the tasks as per customer requirement & deadline Take responsibility to review & maintain the quality of the spare part book Develop process for the maintenance of spare part book as per divisional guidelines Support the digitalization team in onboarding of new customers/product company Take a lead in guiding & mentoring team in the creation of spare part book

To succeed, you will need

Experience/Knowledge requirements/ Skills :

You are someone who is well acquainted with Spare part book creation process & the required authoring tools (digital/online & offline) with a minimum experience of 5+ years Strong technical knowledge of compressors & air treatment system. Possess good knowledge of PDM system & Isodraw CADprocess. Possess fair understanding of Atlas Copco & GECIA processes

Self-driven, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality work Customer oriented to be able to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization Possess excellent time management skills, sense of urgency & prioritization Maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction.
