Job Summary: To take the lead in executing the Project Execution activities The Project Engineer applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure satisfied customers and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, controlling, and other aspects of the project. Key Responsibilities: Direct all project phases \xe2\x80\x93 engineering (basic and detailed), procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning/start-up

• Review and key project documents including P&IDs, flow diagrams, sketches, layouts, GA, Plot Plans, Operating Manuals, etc
• Track project against its schedule, budget and reporting status to the management and customer on a regular basis
• Participate in design review meetings and approve after consultation and thorough review of drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with Procurement and design teams in raising PRs, Technical Validation and placing orders for Projects and Engineering items
• Lead weekly Project Meetings
• Manage project budget and controls expenses effectively
• Manage the execution of the project with a focus on maintaining or improving the CAPEX level for the project.
• Utilize project management methodologies, systems and tools as defined by Company.
• Lead Project Teams and facilitates the communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
• Identify project scope changes and prepares change alert notices for submittal to suppliers and clients.
• Implement and Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements.
• Tracks costs and reports against budget.

Qualifications
Education/Experience Required:

• B. Tech in Mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 to 8 years industrial related project management experience, preferable in an EPC environment

Key Competencies/Skills:

• Project Management and Plant Maintenance in Material Handling, Screening and Crushing equipment
• Possesses a broad understanding of each engineering discipline.
• Effective management and leadership skills.
• Effective computer skills, Microsoft Office Software and other Company specific software applications.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
