Job Description

Production Engineer

helps in planning, managing, and improving the manufacturing process. They work on machines, production lines, quality checks, and solving daily problems to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Assist in daily production planning. Ensure production targets are met. Monitor workflow and reduce delays. Check machine performance and ensure proper functioning. Suggest improvements for faster and safer production. Coordinate with maintenance if any breakdown occurs. Inspect products during and after manufacturing. Follow quality standards and document results. Identify defects and take corrective actions. Knowledge of machining, assembly, and mechanical equipment. Support CNC/VMC/assembly lines. Improve process efficiency and reduce waste. Handle electrical/electronic systems in production lines. Troubleshoot control panels, sensors, motors, PLC-based equipment. Ensure proper wiring, calibration, and electrical safety. Work with supervisors, quality team, and maintenance team. Communicate daily issues and progress to seniors. Support training for operators and technicians. Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes. Understanding of mechanical or electrical/electronic systems (based on department). Ability to read technical drawings/circuits. Good problem-solving and decision-making ability. Teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP tools (optional).
