We are currently seeking a Engineers / Senior Engineers / Lead Engineer - Genesis , reporting directly to Genesis India Head to join the team based in Chennai, India.

About The Role:

Delivery and working on technically complex Advisory and Consulting Services within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study &/or project team, in accordance with design & engineering standards & procedures, schedule and budget, with a continuous focus on quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Expertise in working on Feasibility Study, Conceptual Study and Revamp Study as per the project requirements
• Accountable for successful completion of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Maintain documentation as per quality procedure
• Provide necessary inputs required for proposal tendering
• Responsible for maintaining client interface while executing study/project
• Liaise with the Market study consultant or third party assistance for the necessary inputs required for the Feasibility Study
• Liaise with Engineering disciplines, procurement, cost estimation for the necessary inputs required for the study
• Liaise with other offices (within country/outside country) for delivery of projects while working on projects executed through multicenter
• Participate in Genesis Community of Practice (COP) meeting as and when required
• Keep up to date with new developments of standards, process software, other digital tools, procedures and implement it to the day to day work
• Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations and maintain quality
• Provide necessary inputs to Operating center Manager for training, Planning and Reporting
• Support the Operating center Manager and local P&C/Recruitment team for local recruitment including trainee recruitment
• Support the Operating center Manager to oversee the Genesis team at the center and provide leadership support
• Experience in Sustainable Fuel or Circularity studies / projects is highly desirable.

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical engineering from reputed university and 5 - 20 years\' experience in Advisory and Consulting Services with specific experience in Feasibility/Conceptual Studies for Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals, Fertilizer and Chemicals industries.
• Background of Process Engineering with thorough hands on experience Process simulation, developing and evaluating project economics is essential.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Report writing is must.
• The candidate Shall preferably have experience of managing team size of minimum six engineers within a project framework.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sustainable Fuel or Circularity studies / projects is highly desirable. * Desired Skills in using Process Simulation tools like HYSYS, Pro-II and excel based Project Economics evaluation tools.
