echnical Delivery

repare and review engineering designs, drawings, and reports in accordance with ME standards. E
nsure timely submission of deliverables that meet internal and client quality expectations. S
upport technical governance by adhering to approved processes and design protocols. C
ollaborate with senior engineers and technical leads to resolve design challenges. A
ssist Senior Engineers with technical input and coordination across disciplines. C

ollaboration & Communication

iaise with ME-based teams to ensure alignment of design outputs and project goals. M
aintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients. Q

uality & Compliance
F

ollow WSP's Business Management System and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards. S
upport audits and implement corrective actions as needed. T

eam & Development
W

ork within a team of engineers and technicians, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive culture. P
articipate in training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives. S

upport junior staff and share technical knowledge across the team


E
ducation & Accreditation
M

aster's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. W
orking towards Chartered Engineer status (e.g., ICE, CIHT) is preferred. E

xperience
5

+ years of experience in highway design, preferably within the ME region. F
amiliarity with ME design standards and project delivery practices. E
xperience in using relevant design software and tools. P
roficiency in using Civil3D and ACC C

trong technical understanding of highway engineering. E
