We are seeking a motivated and skilled Solar Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar energy systems at various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of solar technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar installation feasibility. Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Supervise and manage the installation of solar panels and related equipment on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-installation. Maintain accurate records of project progress, site conditions, and equipment used. Provide training and support to installation teams as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar energy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proven experience in solar energy projects or related engineering roles (1-2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and installation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
