Must-Have1.At least 4 years of development or production support experience in Dot Net, Oracle PLSQL 2.Strong background in software development maintenance to support business requirements and projects 3.Ability to debug code for complex issues, Data trouble shooting4.Strong Communication, Coordination Customer interaction skills.5.Very good understanding of Incident management lifecycle and adherence to SLAs6.Willing to work in shift model7.Self-learner, InitiativeProactiveness (Problem Solving skills)Good-to-HaveExperience in Agile delivery framework Experience on DevOps tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus, urban code, Github etcGood knowledge on Incident Management tool like Service Now Understanding of Capital Market domain Investment Financial Services ApplicationsCandidate must be willing to learn new tools technologies required for project Experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS Python ScriptingPowerBIAutomation tools like (Ex. IBM Urbancode UCD).
