JOB DESCRIPTION-

1. New product development-

i. New component drawing study

ii. Discussion on feasibility points

iii. Generating tools requirement

iv. Discussion with supplier for special tool manufacturing.

v. Monitoring the new tool performance and implementation after study.

2. Process engineering activity

i. Finding projects for improvement in Cycle time

ii. Discussion of concept with senior and concept implementation with help of design and tool room department.

iii. Implemention of projects in shopfloor

iv. Study and data gathering related to cycle time

3. Trail of cutting tools

i. Documentation for trial initiation

ii. Monitoring of trial

iii. Data collection of trial

iv. Trial finalization

v. Pilot lot trial

vi. Trial implementation in ERP

4. Vendor Development

i. Visit to new supplier for Initial audit with purchase team

ii. Followup for samples

iii. Report discussion with supplier

iv. Followup till start of production.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?29,000.00 per month
