Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and design and implement solutions that align with strategic goals. Roles and Responsibilites:

Requirements collection and evaluation:

Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure requirements are complete and correct

Process enhancement and modeling:

Mapping business processes and documenting them

Stakeholder management and communication:

Working with stakeholders to influence support for business projects

Solution implementation and testing:

Ensuring that solutions are implemented as expected and that any risks and issues are understood and accepted

Data collection and analysis:

Gathering and analyzing data for potential business expansion.

Gap analysis:

Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement

Risk management:

Identifying and managing risks associated with solutions

Creating functional specifications:

Creating specifications for functional requirements

Training and support:

Providing training and support to stakeholders

Continuous improvement:

Continuously improving business processes and solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹251,086.58 - ₹300,000.00 per year
