Mechanical and Electrical Engineering freshers

who are currently seeking a

practical, core engineering job

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in

HVAC, MEP, and building services projects

Support

site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities

Help in

material handling, measurements, and basic supervision

Understand

engineering drawings and site layouts

Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and vendors at site Maintain

daily work records and site reports

Follow

safety, quality, and work discipline standards

Participate in structured

on-job technical guidance and mentoring

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / BE / Diploma

in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Freshers only

(0-1 year experience) Candidates currently

unemployed or underemployed

are welcome Willing to work on

project sites across Kerala

Positive attitude, discipline, and interest in

core engineering work
