Job Description

Safely dismantle existing EV battery packs as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Remove and refit Flexible Printed Circuits (FPCs) within battery modules.
Cut or modify module side plates (aluminum/plastic) when required.
Apply PET insulation stickers for electrical safety.
Install pressure distribution plates to maintain module strength and alignment.
Reassemble battery packs with precision and safety compliance.
Maintain detailed campaign records, including logbooks, reports, and photographic documentation.
Requirements

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with hands-on technical aptitude are welcome).
• Skills:

• Basic understanding of EV components and electrical safety.
• Ability to use hand tools and follow standard assembly procedures.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work on-site at multiple Pune locations.
• Must follow strict safety and quality standards.
