Engineering Technician is responsible for maintaining all hotel equipment, guest room facilities, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems to ensure smooth and safe hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for hotel rooms and public areas Attend to guest complaints related to electrical, plumbing, AC, lighting, TV, and fittings Maintain HVAC, DG sets, pumps, water treatment and electrical panels Ensure proper functioning of fire safety and emergency systems Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records Support renovation and repair works Follow safety, hygiene, and energy-saving procedures

Required Skills:

Basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge Ability to handle AC, water pumps, lighting and general maintenance Understanding of hotel maintenance standards Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in shifts

Qualification & Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related trade preferred
