Engineering Team Manager

Help shape the future of mobility.


You will be leading the Engineering Team working on Active Safety projects. In particular you will be responsible for:

Your Role

Managing a team of 10-15 engineers Involved in resource planning, budget forecast and control Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, risks, quality and customer requirements Streamline SW Development process across OEM projects, provides technical direction, conducts regular project reviews and take corrective actions Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:



BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Robotics)/Any PG with an experience of 12-14 years

#EXP[14-20]

Min 12+ years in embedded Automotive Communication Protocol automotive real time software engineering , Good understanding & experience in leading group of Engineers Min 2+ years in leading Project Execution, customer interface experience MISRA C, OOPS, 16/32 bit Controller Architecture with SW Project management experience involving multi-site development A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions
