Shift break down attained, and shift log book maintain. Responsible for Route check and report if any abnormalities observed. PM activities need to do by self with available guide lines Repairing knowledge of Solenoid valves, Drives and other electrical components like Vision system Camera and patch cords. Need to do and support the setup / size change on engineering tools in main tools. Responsible for Bath, Tube and other engineering device cleaning. Dept. and storage area 5S need to maintain. Need to clean the abatement and its accessories tubes & Vacuum pump.

Qualification & Certification Required:

ITI - Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Diploma - Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

1.Basic electrical checking with available tools (Multimeter, Clamp Meters & megger). 2. mechanical alignment, filters cleaning, Pump maintenance & Belt replacement with tensions adjustment. 3. Cable dressing with proper routing, cleaning of sensors, calibration of sensors. 4. Able to understand the electrical control SLD drawing, sensors manual. 5. Able to read manuals in English positively. 6. Good communication in Hindi as well as mother language. 7. Able to understand the Unit & Dimensions of all engineering items, Mechanical team must be aware about of lubrication details and belt measurements and O-ring too
