Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Support Services (ESS) professional to join our Production Department for our state-of-the-art TOPCon solar cell manufacturing facility. The role involves providing engineering and technical support to ensure smooth production operations, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement of processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day engineering and technical support to the production team. Assist in monitoring and controlling production processes to achieve defined KPIs (yield, throughput, efficiency, uptime). Implement and sustain 5S practices and drive Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Quality, Process Engineering) to resolve production issues. Support root cause analysis of process deviations and assist in corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain and update records in MS Word, Excel, and other reporting tools. Assist in training operators and technicians on process compliance and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.

Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related engineering field. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably solar, semiconductor, or electronics industry). Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools. Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices. Good understanding of shop-floor documentation and production support systems.

Preferred SkillsExperience in solar cell/module manufacturing or similar precision-driven industries. Knowledge of basic statistical tools (Pareto, Fishbone, SPC charts). Exposure to TPM, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
