Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee daily maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.

2. Team Management: Supervise and direct the engineering team, providing guidance and support.

3. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.

4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hotel standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a hotel or similar establishment.

3. Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Performance Metrics:

1. Maintenance Efficiency: Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.

2. Team Performance: Lead the team to achieve high standards of work quality and productivity.

3. Cost Management: Effectively manage maintenance budgets and reduce costs where possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
