Qualification - B.E / B.Tech with minimum 6 years experience in plant maintenance and must have strong knowledge of HVAC system.
Job description

Preparation of Qualification document regarding HVAC.
Knowldege of QMS
ensure all time area readiness for audits as per regulatory requirements.
Maintain documents like log books, formats and schedule as per SOP.
HEPA validation, instrument calibration and temperature mapping.
Preparation of QMS documents in HEPA validation process.
maintain labeling system in service area as per SOP.
To prepare/ update & implement existing SOP, new SOP and maintain compliance.
To check the operation and maintenance of Air Handling Unit, Air Processing Unit, Dehumidifier, Dust Collector unit etc.
To coordinate ISO documentation and safety related training.
