Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead delivery of
electrical and instrumentation capital projects
, ensuring timeline, budget, and customer expectations are met
Plan, develop, and track
annual capital spending plans
Drive
cost optimization and project execution efficiency
through best practices
Ensure adherence to
Global Engineering policies, standards, and procedures
Consult on engineering designs for new processes, equipment, and facilities for FDA/GMP compliance
Contribute to
long-range infrastructure and product/process planning
Team Development & Collaboration
Identify skill gaps within the project team and implement development or hiring strategies
Collaborate with
procurement
for equipment selection and
techno-commercial evaluations
Finalize
Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs)
and secure global approvals
Provide
monthly reporting
on Capex spends and forecasts
Prepare and analyze
Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
and
Long Range Plan (LRP)
for Capex projects
Establish
Capex governance and tracking mechanisms
Safety, Compliance & EHS Oversight
Ensure full implementation of
safety guidelines
for the department and contractor teams, including HR compliance
Achieve local and global
EHS KPIs
without delays
Conduct regular
Safety GEMBA walks
and participate in
risk assessments
Ensure every shift has trained
Emergency Response Team (ERT)
and
first aid members
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with a strong engineering site project management background. The ideal candidate will have:
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech. in
Electrical/EEE Engineering

Experience:
Minimum
10 years
of experience in Engineering Site Project management.
