Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to solve engineering problems. You will engage in various aspects of structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and advancements. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative solutions and improve existing processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Interior Design. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices related to aircraft design. - Experience with CAD software and design tools relevant to aircraft interiors. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications and requirements. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the aviation industry. - Proficiency in Catia V5 - 2D, 3D, - Hands on experience in MS Office - Should be an excellent and dynamic team player. - Good understanding of Engineering Drawing & part design is must. - Good skills in communicating technical content in English verbal & written. - Good knowledge of aircraft interior design, seats, wall panels, placards, Emergency equipment etc - Knowledge of PLM tools like VPM, PASS. - Flexible working in shift hours - Knowledge of 3D Experience operations platform, MBSE will be advantage. - Catia Full 3D knowledge is advantage. - German skills are a great advantage, willingness to learn German. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Interior Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
