Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address various challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to analyze engineering problems, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and contributing to the design and qualification processes across multiple engineering disciplines. You will engage in discussions that foster innovative solutions while ensuring that the engineering practices align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Contribute to the development of engineering solutions by collaborating with team members. - Assist in the analysis and evaluation of engineering problems to identify effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Design. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Familiarity with structural and stress design methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience with technical management and configuration processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
